I am a leader and problem solver with 25 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, communications, change management, and team development. I have an innate ability to crystallize ideas into action; a talent for conceiving and operationalizing programs; and a transparent leadership style that inspires people to achieve their personal bests.

EXPERIENCE

Three-time VP of Marketing & Comms

I spent seven years as the marketing and communications leader for Verint's Experience Management business unit and ForeSee (acquired by Verint in 2018). Leader on Verint's global corporate marketing team. Drove pivotal corporate repositioning in conjunction with Verint's spin off in Feb 2021 as a pure play customer engagement company. Led global campaign introducing the Engagement Capacity Gap.

At ForeSee, executive leadership of brand and positioning, content strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, demand gen and events, creative team, corporate communications. Led the highly regarded ForeSee Experience Index: quarterly study of satisfaction and NPS with the top 25 brands in different verticals each quarter. Established industry thought leadership and drove new and upsell opportunities in retail, financial services, utilities, and public sector. Worked hand in hand with Sales, Product, Services leadership to drive business through surgical marketing and communications. Led and mentored 20-person marketing team which had highest employee satisfaction scores across all departments. Advisor to CEO on go to market strategy and messaging, thought leadership, and all company and internal communications.

Positioning Consultant

I was a strategist and project leader at Firebrick — the top consulting firm that helps B2B technology companies increase revenues with breakthrough positioning strategies. Clients included Cardinal Health (Fortune 21), Citrix, Infor, and VMware.

PR Agency Leader

I spent 17 years as a partner helping build and run Horn Group – one of the most enduring agency brands in the tech industry. I drove the company’s expansion from classic PR firm to its pioneering leadership in digital communications (combining PR, social media, and design), culminating in Technology Agency of the Year Award. I've led hundreds of companies and their executives through messaging, launch, and results-oriented communications programs; produced industry events and panels that helped redefine the tech PR industry; and mentored hundreds of employees to become confident communicators.
